On February 1st 2021, the Myanmar Military (Tatmadaw) cut off our internet connection, phone services and television channels and staged a coup.

They detained our country's President U Win Myint, our civilian leader Daw Aung San Suu Kyi along with other elected officials, and declared a 1-year state emergency, putting our country under military dictatorship once again.

There was an internet blackout throughout the entire country for a day and a half last weekend. And Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, along with a handful of VPNs are still blocked as of now. Who knows what else they're planning next?

Our voices are slowly being silenced, our freedom stripped little by little. And while we still have a voice, we're asking for your help. Help us by amplifying our voices and bring the world's attention to this issue. Help us win our freedom back!
